Ok, I’m not saying that this is a cute dress just because its looking good on that picture. I actually got this dress in the mail yesterday, and let me tell you. OMG. It is just as cute as it is on the photo, it has a white cotton underskirt, so its a bit more poofy. The fabric is cotton, but its not that stretchy spandex cotton, so its a little rougher than rayon, for example. But worth every penny!
